Ski-In/Ski-Out Luxury Living at Its Best

Immerse yourself in nature at the most sought out ski-in/ski-out property in the exclusive Bachelor Gulch neighborhood of Beaver Creek; a quiet escape yet just minutes to the Ritz Carlton, trails, pool, and hot tubs. A free, luxury shuttle service connects you across the Beaver Creek village and to the Bachelor Gulch tennis courts.

In the winter, guests ski directly from this central location, down to the Ritz Carlton and a choice of lifts that access any type of skiing and the rest of the Beaver Creek resort. In the warmer months, guests enjoy an outdoor living space immersed in the trees, and immediate access to the famed Village to Village trail - connecting you to trails for every level of hiker or mountain biker.  In every season, guests enjoy the coveted Bear Paw heated pool and hot tubs.

Summer 2025 Pool and Hot Tub Construction Renovations

Please note the onsite pool and hot tub will be under renovation during the summer of 2025.

Guests will be able to use the outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch, 3 minutes down the road. You may access the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch by utilizing their valet parking service for a fee. Alternately for complimentary shuttle service to and from the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch you can download the “Village Connect” application on your mobile device. Upon arrival at the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, you are welcome to proceed directly to the pool area. Please remember to bring your own towels for pool use.

An Expansive Retreat for Families or Groups

With almost 1,900 square feet of stylish, open-concept living space, Bear Paw is a stunning 3-bedroom, all en-suite, 3.5-bathroom condo thoughtfully designed to accommodate one or two families with the utmost comfort and privacy.  It easily sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 12.  All new furniture in the living room surrounds a roaring fireplace designed for any type of entertaining. The primary bedroom boasts a brand new king bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper.  A custom bunk room offers a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in addition to two lofted beds and a T.V..

A Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen at Bear Paw Bliss is thoughtfully outfitted for convenience and ease. It features high-quality appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and an air fryer, so you can easily prepare everything from morning coffee to gourmet meals.

Rare Walk-out Patio Location

The walk out patio enables outdoor living and dining amongst the trees.  A larger than typical patio space is outfitted with a large seating area, firepit, BBQ and in the summer, an outdoor dining area.  This well-equipped space allows you to relax surrounded by aspens, evergreens, and in the summer, wildflowers.

Cool in the Summer

There is no need for air conditioning in this north facing condo. The patio is shaded all day; most rooms have fans and large windows mean guests can let in the cool mountain air in the evenings.

Dog Friendly!

Well behaved, potty trained dogs with nicely clipped nails (to avoid floor damage) are accepted. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Guests must disclose in advance they are bringing a dog. A $50 per night non refundable pet fee applies. Maximum 1 dog accepted, must be 40 pounds or less.

While Bear Paw Bliss is the perfect winter retreat for avid skiers and snowboarders, it’s also an ideal destination in the warmer months. As the snow melts away, the surrounding trails become a haven for hikers and mountain bikers, with numerous scenic paths right outside your door. Explore the majestic landscapes of Beaver Creek Mountain at your own pace, whether you’re trekking through wildflower-filled meadows or cycling along the rugged terrain.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. If you do not receive your rental agreement email within 24 hours of reserving the property, please contact Vail Butler directly. 970-456-1521.

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

We stayed for just over a week and enjoyed our time in Bear Paw. A favorite spot was the patio just off the living room. The only reason I am rating the property a 4 instead of a 5 was some trouble with check-in. The door code provided did not work, and there is no cell service in the building (but the wifi is great). You can't easily call the management company for help with no cell signal. Eventually, we got it all straightened out, and we would stay here again.
