Amazing!

Perfect location for true ski in/ski out, and walkability to the village center. This condo was outstanding, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Location was great. Building is older but still very nice. Within walking distance to the slope and they have the free shuttle if you have ski equipment. The ski out lift and trail were nice but not recommended for first timers like us.

Great location easy ski in/out and a short walk to village. The only disappointment was the hot tub was closed a few days for maintenance.

It is very rare to find a condo as representated online! This condo was exactly as pictured!!! So close to the village for easy and walkable access! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for Powder Days at Beaver Creek

The Townsend Condo location A206 at Beaver Creek in a great location for ski in and out. Short walk to the village restaurants and shops also the Vilar theater. Condo is comfortable and well equipped.

Location, location, location!

Perfect for walking to the Village, and to ski down to Elkhorn Lift where we could decide to ski towards Avon or Beaver Creek! Of course, we used the skyway to get back to the Condo and the Hot Tub!

Our second time staying in this unit at Townsend Place. Truly ski-in/ski-out convenience, easy walk to Beaver Creek Village, and nice having washer/dryer as well as covered parking space on ground floor. The hot tub was closed for maintenance for one day during our 5 nights there, but otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. Hope to return again next year.

Walk to the Village or Ski-in/Ski-out

Townsend Place is a simple walk up a beautiful trail to Beaver Creek Village proper. Our 3 and 5 year olds made the trip multiple times with ease. There is a park out back is simple to walk to. Ski-in/Ski-out down the trail to Elkhorn and return behind Strawberry lift. Use Ski Butlers and you'll never have to carry your skis anywhere.

Birthday celebration

We have been coming ti Beaver Creek since 2003 its been a special place for us. It was a little disappointing this trip since its so close to the holiday season to find little or no christmas decoration's, in the shoppes and around the village, some of the restaurants were closed and very people around shopping, it was not what we expected. Very disappointing

Location is fantastic!

This comfy spot was perfect for us. The ventilation through lots of opening windows allowed the cool night air in, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub very welcome! Though the unit needs updating (including tvs) and the WiFi could be improved, we would go back in a heartbeat. The delightful walking path will easily take you to the village, tennis center, park or just a walk along the creek. The management was very responsive. We were well taken care of. Thank you.

First the Good the unit is comfortable. The unit has a full kitchen coffee makers and utensils and flatware. There are plenty of blankets and pillows and a washer dryer that had detergent on hand which allowed us to wash the towels and whatnot. It is ski on and ski off literally feet from the trail. Walk out to the parking lot past the hot tub and there’s a little foot bridge about 15 feet. Once over the bridge is the ski trail to the ELK lift is right there. The BAD! When I arrived the room was not ready at 4pm and I received messages that to be understanding as we were coming off the new year’s holiday weekend and they are back logged. But I had to access a unit during Covid to retrieve a parking pass that has not been cleaned, not a good way to start a vacation. Then while taking a shower the mirror fogged up to reveal that someone was very creative and drew a chicken on the mirror (very cute), but all that tells me is that they rushed through cleaning the room and was not as thorough as they should have been during covid which again is not very reassuring. The WI-FI is not useable you're using the HOA common wi-fi which is being shared throughout the building. The wi-fi would allow me to connect but would drop off or has speeds of dialup. This was a major issue for me as I was expecting to do some work in the evenings and no matter the time of day or night it wasn’t any better. Now I get it, you’re in the mountains and on a shared Wi-Fi, but I would not offe

Perfect Beaver Creek location

Perfect location with the porch facing east (shaded by trees) towards the creek so you can hear the rushing water of the creek. Hot tub steps away and easy access to the common park like grounds and walkways to anywhere you want to go in Beaver Creek. If you like to prepare foods, salads, etc. the unit only had one small mixing bowl but plenty of every day plates, dishes, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.
