With skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, community pool, tennis courts, shopping and delicious restaurants minutes from your front door, you will discover Eagle Vail is truly a small piece of paradise.

The greens are calling at this quiet, beautiful home located near the 15th hole of the EagleVail golf course. Savor your morning coffee on your private back deck, which features golf, mountain, and valley views, before going back inside to get ready for your own tee time. Visiting during the winter? The golf course becomes a nordic ski track for the season and you're five miles from Beaver Creek and just under eight miles from Vail. No matter what time of year, you’ll be comfortable inside the our vacation home. Enjoy your private hot tub and sauna 24 hours a day. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the living room while the chef takes advantage of the updated, fully-equipped kitchen. When it’s time to eat, there’s room for six around the convivial round dining table, or pop back out onto the deck for dinner if the weather is nice. Downstairs in the finished basement you’ll find the playroom/den, with a comfy couch and flatscreen TV, as well as toys for the kids. When it’s time to call it a night, four comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 people. End the day as it began, on your lovely deck, watching the stars come up over Stone Creek which runs right through our backyard.

In the spring, as the snow melts away and the temperatures start to warm, you will be amazed at the amenities EagleVail has to offer right outside your door. The kids (and adults!) will love the salt water 25-meter lap pool, playground, and tennis courts. The EagleVail Golf Club is conveniently located 1.5 miles away. Mountain biking and hiking trails are easily accessible during the summer as is the Eagle River where you can enjoy nearby fishing, white water rafting and kayaking.

This is a duplex and there is room for 4 vehicles in total. One in the garage, one in front of the garage and there are two parking spaces to the left of the residence. Please do not park on the other side of the duplex under any circumstances.
