Vår enstaka 1650 kvadratmeter radhus, som har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum, ligger i Avon Colorado vid basen av västra ingången till Beaver Creek Resort. Det handlar om dess exceptionella läge, med vacker utsikt över bergen, vilket ger tillgång till dina favoritaktiviteter. Det ligger bara en tio minuters promenad till downtown Avon med en gratis buss till skidbreen.

Vår lägenhet har alla bekvämligheter i ett hem med tillgång till en uppvärmd inomhuspool och bubbelpool, uteplats med öppen spis och bubbelpool, gym, ångbastu, läsrum, spelrum för ungdomar, vuxens sportsalong, skidförvaringsskåp, underjordiska och utomhusparkering och under skidsäsongen, en daglig buss till både Vail och Beaver Creek Villages. Skönhet är i detaljerna i Ascenten. Great vrbo!! Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath! We came for 5 nights for spring break with our family of 6. Kids from 10 to 19 years old. The building and amenities were awesome! I was unsure about the shuttle and worried it would be cumbersome or slow but it was fabulous. Easy to book, dedicated to The Ascent building so not making other stops, nice shuttle bus. Our family loved the pool, hot tubs and game room too. Walking paths nearby are beautiful and along the river which was great. We heard very little sound from other units, day or night. Small suggestions - one shower head was messed up and needs to be fixed and the kitchen could use a few more utensils and salt and pepper shakers. Minor though for a wonderful stay! Overall, we Loved it and would definitely stay here or in this building again! Thank you!!

Perfect Beaver Creek ski accommodations!

We stayed for a week in February and this condo lived up to our high expectations! The size of the condo was very comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and everything was super clean. The Ascent shuttle was super convenient, taking us to the slopes and back each day and we were happy to not have to deal with parking at the resort. We would love to stay here again!

Great property with lots of space

This property was well cared for and perfect for a weekend getaway with my family. Extremely close to a beautiful walking trail and a very short drive to Beaver Creek resort. The rec rooms and pool were so fun for my little ones. We went to watch the leaves changing colors, but hope to be back to snowboard this winter.

Thanksgiving holidays

This is our second year of staying at this condo at the Ascent in Avon. Such a great unit, convenient location, super amenities (especially the wonderful game rooms, work out room and pool/jacuzzi area) and condo stocked with everything you need. Brian is also very responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

Expectation fell short!!!

First family vacation in 2 years because of Covid and we did a great deal of research and decided on The Ascent in Avon. Unfortunately it was a trip that was very unfortunate and the best part was leaving. My wife and I both work full time so if we go on vacation we appreciate a comfortable place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Neither occurred in at 309 the ascent. The Ascent we found out turns off all AC to the building October 1. During the entire trip our unit stayed approximately 77-81 degrees during the day with the windows open! I took pictures of the thermostat each night at 10:30 pm, and the thermostat registered 75-78 depending on the night. The manager downstairs let us borrow an oscillating fan to go with the other 4 found in the unit so that we had one in each room. (THE UNIT HAD 4 OSCILLATING FANS IN THE ClOSETS - SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CLUE) The building was so warm and of course heat rises so it was difficult to cool the unit down. Typically by midnight the temperature in the unit dropped to 72. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The bedroom with 2 twin beds was nice. However, the third room with a king where my wife and I slept was horrible. The mattress casing facing the bathroom was broken. So I had to sleep on the sofa after first night because it was so uncomfortable. Seriously the sofa was 10X better than the bed. So if you enjoy seeing a chiropractor on a daily basis and don’t mind sweating day and into the night then this is the place. We spoke to the manager on duty on the main floor. They said if we had booked directly with them East West then they would have taken care of us and put us in a new unit immediately but because we booked through VRBO we were stuck. The manager on main floor did check the bed and agreed it was broken. Good luck we will not be returning.

Great condo. Has everything you need and more.

Very nice condo with plenty of space for a family. Very nicely kept and decorated. Complex had plenty to do on site. A variety of places to go and to do within walking distance and the views from the patio were so nice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again!

Good place and location

Comfortable place for a group of 6. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. It was very nice having two bedrooms with own bathrooms. Really liked the playroom downstairs. Checkin/out was easy although instructions are long; there are a few things they ask before checkout that are not asked at a hotel such as washing towels, running dishwasher and taking out the trash. Couple other things to note, the front desk was closed on weekends. Found a warning note on the car that said we needed a parking pass from the front desk but the front desk was closed before we got there. Response from property manager was prompt however. There is a bit of an odor when you first walk into the unit. Could be the cleaning products or just lack of ventilation. Vrbo checkout said 11am but actual checkout is 10am. We were able to checkout at 11.

Awesome Avon accommodations !

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. My kids loved the game room, pool and hot tubs. We bbq’d each night. Condo is stunning. Clean and very spacious.

Awesome condo

We loved our unit; fantastic, convenient location. Furnishings are top notch, facility is very nice and kids loved all the amenities. We appreciated the ski lockers and made full use of the ski shuttle every day. Brian was very easy to work with, everything was as advertised and very easy to check in and out. Made our stay very relaxing.

Mountain get away

My family and I have been coming to the Vail valley for the past 10 years. We have stayed most often in a nearby resort hotel. This condo at the Ascent was a far greater experience. We loved getting to be so close to the center of town and meet some of the other owners. We loved it and would highly recommend it and will be back next year in hopefully the same condo!

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Brian was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Note that people are not wearing their masks. That was a concern. They would get on and off elevators and in the building without masks. They would only put on their masks if they were going to walk by you.

Avon spacious condo

This is a wonderful condominium with fabulous location and amenities. Our party of 6 adults enjoyed immensely. Lots of space to gather, relax, dine and also have time apart. Note the shuttle to Vail only runs 1 time per day and did not suit our schedule— the shuttle mainly serves Beaver Creek. Therefore we drove and paid garage parking of $30/day. Also, if you plan to cook there are no basics in the condo — salt and pepper that’s it. Plenty of cookware though. Also the common areas shut down at 10:00 pm for quiet hours.
