BEDROOMS
This home has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably. There are a total of 3 King beds, 1 Queen Bed, 6 twin beds, and a couch in the living room.

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat.
Bedroom 2 - This rustic bedroom features a king bed with beautiful wood bed frame and is on the lower level allowing for the room darkening shades to keep it pitch black.
Bedroom 3 - This modern luxury bedroom boasts a king bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Beautiful decor makes this a great place to sleep the day away.
Bedroom 4 - With a Queen bed, private workspace, and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family members.
Bedroom 5 - This bedroom features 6 twin beds split between 4 bunk beds and 2 twin beds. This is a great place for kids and adults to have additional sleeping space alike.

You`ll find 3.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You`ll find 2 walk in showers and 1 shower/tub combo. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 12 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden in and on the property. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

There are two cameras, one on the front of the home facing the street and one on the back of the home facing the river.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
