Townsend Place Penthouse Ski In / Out, Beaver Creek Village

Ny ägare, Townsend Place helt ombyggda 3 sovrum, 2 badrum badrum med 3 queen size-sängar och en kung master suite. Hörnshus takvåning med utsikt. Ski-in / Ski-out, täckt parkering, hiss, badtunna och kort promenad till byn gör denna lägenhet perfekt för din semester. Fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Gas BBQ grill på däck som över ser bubbelbadet. Privat skidåkning nedervåningen (nyckel medföljer) och kodade viktiga mindre ingångar.

Från Townsend Place i Beaver Creek är det bara en kort promenad till byn för shopping, restauranger och skridskoåkning. Att komma på backarna bara skidor ut från lägenheten ner till Elkhorn Lift (Chair 14). Skidby till byn mellan Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch och Arrowhead Village. Skid tillbaka till Townsend Place genom att gå över Skier Bridge nära botten av Strawberry Park Express. Om du föredrar finns det en transfer som plockar upp över gatan från lägenheten och tar dig till byn. Efter 6 pm finns en gratis "Ring-a-ride" dörr till dörr för att ta dig var som helst inom Beaver Creek. Det finns också en fyrverkeri varje torsdagskväll från mitten av december till mars (väder tillåter). $ 200 slutstädning avgift, skatt är 10. 99%, ingen nyckel plocka upp, kombination tillhandahålls för byggnaden och lägenhet ytterdörren. Minsta vistelse är 3 till 5 nätter.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property is delightful and even more beautiful than the photos. The condo is perfectly located for easy access to all that Beaver Creek has to offer. We could not have imagined a better place to stay for our family summer vacation.

Great place. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere in Beaver Creek. We stayed in the fall for a family wedding and it was perfect.Communication with the owner was terrific. Kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. Lots of cozy blankets available for cool evenings. Thank you!

Lovely Home

We had such a nice time staying here! Our boys and we loved the proximity to the mountain, restaurants, hot tub and playset. The layout was ideal for our family and the kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked with everything we could need! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

Unit is most comfortable, awesome showers, comfy beds, completely furnished with everything you could need, hundreds of DVD movies, safe parking garage, easy access to BC Village. You will not be disappointed here! We had a lovely week here.

Epic New Years Weekend

This rental property turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Easy ski-in, ski-out. Short and scenic walk to the Beaver Creek Village stores and dining. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped condominium was perfect for our family of four plus a friend. Communication with property manager was always timely and relevant. 10 out of 10 review score.

ski vacation

Great location, nice kitchen, nice beds, bedrooms and great showers. Very nice hot tub, short walk to village very convenient. Only downside fireplace not wood burning or gas just electric. The great room struggled to get to 70 degrees had to use two space heaters to help but bedrooms and bathrooms were warm. Host is very nice.

Great mountain vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in beaver creek at this property. Joy, was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating and communicative. The unit was fantastic and just what we needed. Very close to Beaver Creek Village, short, walk, and very close access to all the hiking trails. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect condo if you want to get away to Beavercreek. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Amazing Ski Trip

My friends and I rented this amazing property for 5 days of skiing and absolutely loved it.Joy, the host, was very accommodating. She contacted me well ahead of time with necessary instructions and allowed us to check in early.The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The mattresses, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The showers were hot and powerful. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. And the DVD selection was surprisingly killer.We will surely stay here again in the future.

Great unit in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in July! We were very impressed with all the amenities that were included in the unit. There was also plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plus, it is a super easy walk out the back to Beaver Creek Village. Only recommendation I have is to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the deck. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

Great property and great location

My family of four stayed here for a summer trip. It was our first time to Beaver Creek and we loved our time here. The property is in a great location. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the center of the ski village. There were multiple summer activities for kids and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property had everything we needed during our stay. It's also located right near the ski lifts so we are planning to come back one winter and try out the slopes. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great Experience and Perfect Location

My family and I had such a great time here at Beaver Creek. The condo was in a perfect location to the village. It was a very easy walk to the village shops and restaurants and easy short ski to Elkhorn lift. The layout and size of the condo was just right for our family. We will for sure try to reserve this condo next year back to Beaver Creek. What a great experience! Sincerely, Bard Family

Amazing Location in Beaver Creek!

We had a wonderful stay in Beaver Creek! Our group loved being able to ski in/ski out - Elkhorn lift is so close! And a short walk to village. The location is ideal! The condo had plenty of space for our group of 8, however it is cozy for sleeping. We loved using the hot tub apres ski and kitchen was well appointed for our breakfasts. Joy was very communicative and lovely to work with! We highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Beaver Creek!

Wonderful accommodations & perfect location

This property was everything advertised. Renovated and nicely appointed with highly communicative owner. Perfect location just a very short walk to the center of the village. Great parking beneath the building. The climb to the apartment because there is currently no elevator was easy.

Beaver Creek Village- Best Location & value

Exceptional location, well appointed kitchen, very comfy living areas. Great for a family with teens, second floor is theirs and they will love it. Our summer trip was as expected, perfect. Seamless communication with Joy the property owner, everything is as described. Easy walk to the village, love the nature path by the creek. There are picnic areas nested into the trees. The building itself was very quiet, parking was easy and the elevator made luggage transport simple. Beaver Creek is our Colorado paradise and this rental checks all boxes. Highly recommend!

Unnecessary Tension

We agreed to rent the condo with no pets. It’s a great location and a nice condo except we didn’t clearly understand the second floor was accessed only by a narrow spiral staircase. Our friend’s daughter goes to college in Colorado. As planned she joined us. Unbeknownst to me her friend came the next day and brought his service dog (not a pet per VRBO policy). I asked Joy if the dog could stay for one night. She said no. I told the service animal owner the answer was “no.” Unfortunately I was skiing and then found out the service dog was already in the condo; and some damage was done to a door and a carpet upstairs. This was not my intent or plan. The landlord’s texts have been filled with inaccurate accusations and have been extremely emotional and unprofessional. I apologized for the situation and asked her for the cost to fix the damage; for which we are willing to pay. The landlord has suggested she cannot rent the property, which is absurd. She has also said she can’t get contractors to fix the door and carpet until the ski season is over; which will be shortly. So, Ok. Let me know the cost to repair the damage and we will cover it. What I don’t want is to be berated by a landlord who is not following VRBO policy as to service animals (not pets) and who continues to berate me after I acknowledged the damage and agreed to pay the cost to repair said damage.
