A lovely tiled hearth frames a wood burning fireplace to warm your hearts after a days’ recreation. The vintage grandfather clock adds a touch of classical timelessness to this warm and welcoming treasure. Take in the remarkable views of Aspen groves from the ample balcony and revel in the splendor of this exceptional locale.

    Would you prefer a superb location, or stellar accommodations? How about both?! Come inside this lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located in the picturesque Beaver Creek village. Ski-in & out of this property from the Strawberry Park skiway and Elkhorn Chairlift, or simply walk right up to Centennial to start your day on the mountain (Ski in/out access weather dependent as well as dependent on the Elkhorn Lift being open).

    This adorable home has everything you would expect, and more! Tread over beautiful hardwood floors throughout, make good use of the private washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a unique open glass fronted fridge and soak in the artisanal hot tub (closed for a week in October and May for maintenance) on the Townsend Place grounds. Good location and value. Needs updating.

Stayed for five nights with family to ski. Location and communication from property manager were great. The place desperately needs updating; you can tell some of this from the pics but it’s even more dated in person. The worst part was the sleeper sofa my kids had to sleep on. It was so broken it shaped like a “C” and required creative placement of pillows so the could sleep without being horribly uncomfortable. The Brita water filter was out of date. The storage space was limited and very few hangars were provided. It looks like money was spent updating the kitchen, just wish they would’ve kept going. Would definitely stay at this building again, just not this particular unit.
