For those seeking more adrenaline, the Eagle River provides excellent opportunities for whitewater rafting and fly-fishing. After a day of exploration, head into downtown Avon to discover a variety of boutique shops and local restaurants. The proximity to the Eagle Vail Golf Club also makes this an ideal spot for those looking to hit the links surrounded by stunning mountain vistas.



Getting Around:

A car is necessary to navigate the area and access the nearby ski resorts and trailheads. While public transit is available in the center of Avon, a private vehicle or ride-share service is recommended for convenience. The home features a large driveway with space for 10 vehicles.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
