“The hotel was very clean. Parking was free and plentiful. However the breakfast was just basic.”

“This was a wonderful hotel. I cannot ask for anything else in a hotel. The room was so nice and very spacious. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Outside was a nice place with places to sit and relax. Also a pool which we didn’t had the time to use but it looked good. Staff was so nice and always willing to help and answer questions. “The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”

“Unfortunately, we won’t be staying at this hotel again. We booked a one-bedroom king suite, but the experience was disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable and constantly squeaked, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Additionally, there was no dresser available to store clothes and housekeeping was every other day. The only highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. Aside from that, the room itself was quite poor for the money paid!”

“For the price it is what it is. The light in bathroom is connected to the exhaust fan. Turn on light automatically turns on loud squeaky fan. As a customer I hate when they keep giving you the finger while they do other things. I felt shady dealing were gone on. I told him I had prepaid reservation. He argued with me I hadn't paid. Repeatedly telling him stay was booked and prepaid online. He refused to believe me. Until I pulled out my phone showed him receipt. Then he was like oh you have 2...
