To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. There are 2 steps down from the alfresco dining area to the poolside. The remainder of the terrace is mostly flat, spacious and tiled. The pool has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms.
