“Reservation charges were a total of $499.46........however the actual charge was $510.66 never got an email receipt or explanation for difference. In addition....Two bars of soap, but no shampoo and no tissues. I understand saving money but this is sad.”

“Check in was good. I asked for 2 queen beds and nonsmoking. I was told king bed but then was the said we have double beds. We took the 2 double beds. This was a room without the ashtray, but definitely a smoking room. The room absolutely smelled of smoke but linens did not. We put the AC on 61 degrees and heavily disinfected the entire room. The light switch was broke, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the sink cabinetry looked stained and dirty, the toilet and tub were...

“The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!”
