“Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again.”

“It's a really good location in South Kensington, in a beautiful building. We did get an apartment on 4th floor with a nice balcony but it smelled of smoke when we arrived at midnight. We had to have the balcony door open all night, the curtains still smelled. Also the apartment could need a refreshing touch, fixing the broken things in the bathroom/shower, change the carpet that sounds like it is made of plastic.
