On the ground floor, the living area is furnished with taste and warmth, featuring a comfortable sofabed and an open-hearth fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere throughout the space. A separate dining room provides a dedicated space for shared meals, while the kitchen is equipped with 4 induction hot plates and includes its own dining table, also benefiting from a direct exit to the garden.
