“Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.”

“We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!”

“We were a family of three generations, 12 pax in total, and we had a great experience for two weeks at Villa Todi. The staff took good care of the house, garden and pool and the house were very spacious as well as the garden. Todi is a lovely little town with fantastic views and good restaurants. “We had a fantastic week with family and friends in this villa. Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. “This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”

“We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. ”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“Die zustĂ€ndige Person, Silvia, konnten wir leider nie persönlich begrĂŒssen. Check-In, Infos zur Nutzung und auch die Abreise wurde jeweils ĂŒber WhatsApp geregelt. Die Antworten auf Anfragen kamen in nĂŒtzlicher Frist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr grosszĂŒgig, jedes Zimmer ist mit einem angeschlossenen Bad versehen und auch der Aussenbereich mag zu begeistern. Das Haus selbst wird fĂŒr bis zu 20 Personen vermietet - bei Vollbesetzung wird aber nicht jeder einen Platz am Tisch finden und schon mit 16...

"We had an amazing experience at Hotel Della Fortezza! The unique atmosphere and historic setting made our stay truly special. What really stood out to us was the hotel’s strong commitment to sustainability — from eco-friendly practices to their focus on local, organic products. We especially loved the delicious locally produced food, which gave us a real taste of the region. It’s clear that the hotel values quality and the environment in everything they do. Highly recommended — definitely worth a visit!"
