“VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN…..”

“Nice house but showers did not work in either bathroom, Stairs very steep and treads too narrow for safe passage for older visitors. Owner was friendly and congenial.”

“We loved our stay here. Off the beaten path but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were actually two bathrooms with showers. We didn’t cook but everything was there. The toaster oven was a nice touch to warm up leftovers in. We’d stay there again.”

“Caretaker was nice, he attended to all our needs. The house is kinda old. The wood floors always make sound so it’s very noisy. There were cockroaches in the bedrooms. The road to the house is not paved and made our stay very difficult since we have to go in and out almost every day.”

“We didn't even get to check in the property. The owners phone went straight to voice mail. Had to find other accommodations. Goings to get a refund for the five nights I booked.”

“I felt so unconfortable when I check in the guard was really near me even check my confidential info. The air con doesnot work well so w/ the fan at the living room. Outside the room its smells bad. The place is near easy to access to the tourist spot.”

“The skyline view room is has a nice view. The amenities inside the room was great. The staff and servers in the resto. were very friendly and polite. They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel. ”
