With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay.”

The kitchenette provided us with what we needed to store food and make bottles for the baby knowing we would eat out most of the trip. “Outstanding cottage in the heart of Bailey Island! Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless. The owners were wonderfully helpful and made communication effortless. “We had a wonderful stay in Boothbay! I love that we could stay on the water at the pond while also being able to see the ocean. We even saw a bald eagle for the first time across the pond! The property was clean, had everything we needed (including fishing poles) and was well stocked. I would stay here again! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Jaquish House. We were nine adults and a toddler. Toddler, mom and dad stayed in the cottage and the rest of us stayed in the main house. The common spaces, including the kitchen, were great for a large group and well equipped. The property location, on a bluff right on the ocean, was really fantastic with stunning views.
