“Excellent location if you are seeking a short walk to the beach (Long Bay) and amenities such as a pool. Excellent value for the amount of space (I was upgraded from a studio to full apartment) of the accommodation. Regrettably, dining options/grocery store were not within walking distance, however, the additional fee for the airport transfer (arranged by the host) included a stop at grocery store - which was extremely helpful. “Clairfont became our home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed, and Roseanne was always available and helpful. This property is just a few minutes walk to the pink buses, which take you nearly anywhere on the island. Also, a few minutes walk to the beach, and a beautiful pool on site to relax by anytime. And our Taxi Driver, Tyronne, added a stop to the grocery store from the airport. ”

“The owner, Wendell is a wealth of information- a local that knows everything and probably everyone. The small hilltop unit is a 2 min walk to a private cove ( down many stairs) for swimming and relaxing . Quaint and quiet location overlooking a breathtaking view. We used the convenient bus stop a few steps away to see everything on the island. We love the south shore location and the friendly hosts.”

“Very nice property. Space is good in this 2 bedroom home with 3 baths and a den/office. Important to know but not clear upon booking...they have 2 coffee makers. One traditional and a French press. They do have all kitchen conveniences. There is an iron and ironing board. Very convenient to bus stops! Great view at the end of driveway and nice walking bridge. You can also walk down to a small beach across the street. Driveway very steep! And there is a flight of stairs down to get to this home....
