The property managers keep two large dogs that bark frequently, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, and the manager (Nick) took loud conference calls outside that echoed through the unit. “15 minute drive to the beach, not as advertised as a 10 minute walk, you cannot walk there, you have to cross a highway. The beds are not comfortable, need new pillows. The blinds are in ill repair or missing. The ceiling in the shower looks like it’s going to fall in. The whole place needs a coat of paint and there is no fire/smoke alarm anywhere. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The AC worked good and there was a grocery store close by. ”
