“Great location. Close to town and the beach. It’s nice to have the hotel property right next door with restaurants, etc. The property is small but, quaint. The kitchen is not ideal for cooking as it’s very dark. The air conditioning was not the coolest, though that’s a building issue, others we met had the same issue. ”

“This place was perfect! Everything was clean and pleasant. No issues at all. Just remember to navigate there using Costco as a point of reference. This place is a new construction. Beautiful penthouse! Host was responsive and helpful at all points. We had a late flight and the hosts were very accommodating about a late checkout. Thank you, muchas gracias!”

“The condo is gorgeous and very spacious; they have in-unit washer-dryer every bedroom had a private full bathroom! They have a private shuttle service that you can pay for from airport to condo & back - very convenient and easy for large group planning. It was a little bit confusing to navigate getting out of the condo to get to the street for Uber pick up but we got the hang of it after doing some exploring and walking around. “Great location. Actual property is quite small but in very good condition. Nearby tienditas make for easy shopping and you are a about 20 minute walk from the public playa. ”

“We flew in to dive for 3 days. Landons place was central to everywhere we needed to be. It was clean, check in was a breeze and it had everything we needed. Landon provided all the information we needed and even helped out when we left something behind. We will definitely be back!”

“The unit was clean and conveniently located on the ground floor. We came for a surfing vacation and had a great time. You can walk to three different surf breaks when you stay here, and our favorite break was located right in front of this unit!”

Surfing waves and a cove to go swimming and snorkeling walking distance from this location. The host and management company were extremely easy to deal with and communicate with.”

“Lovely property, spotlessly clean room. The host was very charming, friendly, and could not have been more accommodating. The hillclimb access on foot and in the neighborhood was a bit tough for us seniors, but what a view! Though unheated ( it was February), the pool was esthetically beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice with a safe feel, interesting shops, and a good variety of small restaurants nearby.”

“We stayed for two weeks and the place was great! Good thing we had a car as it is pretty high up on the hill. But that is precisely why the view is so stunning. The outdoor deck is huge and the animals are friendly….2 cats in particular. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We’d love to visit again and spend some more time with Fabiola in her beautiful garden. Next time!”
