Excellent customer service from the pool to the restaurants to front desk services, they were always friendly and accommodating above & beyond. Ask Kim, the owner for Tonya’s phone number, she has a concierge service who booked airport transfers, shopped for food, made great restaurant recommendations and made a beautiful private boat reservation for us. “This was an amazing house with an amazing pool and views!! Mauricio was our host and he was very helpful and took care of everything we needed. We asked for a boat and he had it set up within an hour for us plus many more things! We would visit again because of him and the customer service he provided.”

“The best part of this villa was the personal chef services of Max and Hugo they were absolutely incredible and accommodating to our every wants/needs. The food was to die for, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We actually opted to eat in instead of go out. “This was our 4th visit to La Estancia. The accommodations, the team, and the service just check all the boxes for our family. Great pool, good food, swimmable protected beach, walk to town, kitchen in the unit which is great for cooking and feeding picky eaters.
