“Location, location, location!! Pat has a beautiful place right on the ocean. The place is very well-maintained and has absolutely everything. We were a family of 14 and were accommodated with everything we needed from beach towels, regular towels, bikes, beach, chairs, toys… There wasn’t one thing missing! “We had a great time. House was perfect with all the amenities. The green area out front was perfect for the boys to play soccer, baseball, etc. beach front was perfect, loved the sound of the crashing waves at night. We did a nice bon fire and the shopping provided all the last min supplies we didn’t pack. So many great things to share about this place. The house is very clean.”
