This spacious, 3,000+ sq. foot, two-story retreat features a reverse floor plan, ideal for entertaining and relaxing. Upper and lower decks running the length of the house and a screened porch with dining table, provide plentiful seating to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The upper level's open floor-plan includes the main living room with comfortable seating and a large-screen TV. Savor the well-equipped kitchen with its stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar. There is ample seating at the large dining table nestled between the kitchen and living room. The upper floor also houses one of the two master suites-featuring a king bed, full private bath, and deck access revealing gorgeous sea and secluded marsh vistas. The bunk room sleeps four and is great for kids. It also has its own full private bath. The lower floor has a recreation room, recently updated and equipped with pool table, wet bar, and second living room with large-screen TV. High speed WIFI internet and smart tv's allow you to access your favorite Netflix and Prime shows. A second master bedroom with private deck access and en suite with shower/tub combo and queen bedroom with en suite are also on this floor. There are 2 laundry rooms. The house sits on a one-acre lot providing peace and privacy and is only a short (0.2 mile) walk or one-minute golf cart ride to the beach access onto beautiful East Beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, outdoor shower and 2 4-seater golf carts are available for your enjoyment and comfort.
