“John and Jen had great communication from the beginning to the end! Everything was as expected and better. Such a cute home with all the right things. Well appointed and the extra touches like treats and bottled water were much appreciated as we arrived a bit late! So convenient and wish we could have had more time to cruise Southport on the golf cart (which is bigger than the one in the picture!) Would definitely book again when needing a place to stay in Southport!”

“Due a mistake of booking the wrong weekend for our trip, the landlord was more than accommodating and switched the weekends for us. We're ever so grateful. The beach house was super clean and met all of our needs. Publix grocery store was practically are the corner. My grandkids loved it and kept asking why do we have to leave. I will definitely rent the beach house again.”
