"Great hotel, nice location and good views from rooftop. Avoid restaurant. 40+ minutes to serve cereal and fruit the first morning, so we missed our excursion. Second morning questioning validity of breakfast voucher. Barely any service beyond eventually serving the food, which seems like a consequence of the mandatory 20% tip. Resort fee is a bit of a scam, as there are not resort amenities on site (pool is voucher to nearby racquet hall)."
