“The friendliest reception in Bulgaria yet. The staff, amazing. The property, amazing. The location and view (guess) - amazing. There is a restaurant 3 steps away w wonderful food and service, the room was HUGE, parking was a breeze and the breakfast is phenomenal. It’s not modern. It’s old world, clean, quiet, lovely and has good beds. We needed to book this due to a last minute change in plans and couldn’t be happier

“Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.”

"I checked in early (8 am) and was given a room. I was also offered free breakfast although I was not really entitled to that. Great service. Rooms are ok and the shuttle bus to the terminals started running very early. Good value for money."

A classic 5 star hotel in the very city center. We liked this atmosphere.
The room was very comfortable, just what we expected. I liked the coffee machine, making very tasty coffee.
As we were tourist we thought the location was perfect with walking distance to the tourist attractions, very short walk to the metro. It was convenient to take the metro all the way to the airport.
The only issue was the price for breakfast, costed more than an excellent dinner in a restaurant. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, we found several cafés in the neighborhood.
We were happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel."
"Bodde på hotellet endast en natt. Lite varmt rum när vi kom och utan möjlighet att själv reglera temperaturen, men personalen fixade det bra så det blev bra. Hög komfort, gott om utrymme, underbar säng."
"Tyckte rummet var riktigt bra. Stort och rymligt. Badrummet och duschen var osså bra med ett undantag och det var att det luktade illa från avloppet hela tiden men det gjorde det på de flesta toaletter runt om på restauranger etc så jag tror det är ett problem med avloppssystemet i hela Sofia.
Frukosten var osså helt okej
Servicenivån är inte superbra iaf inte om man jämför med hur det är i Sverige men jag tror att det kommer bli bättre"
