“Hotel was right off freeway Near restaurants Comfortable bed Good breakfast Staff friendly and helpful Across the street from medical and cancer building Good location”

“It’s was pleasant. The beds were very hard but the room was clean.”

“Smell on the corridor and room. Very noisy from the highway nearby.”

“Väldigt dålig frukost. Inte alls bra!”

“When calling to check on our reservation, they told us we did not have a reservation. I insisted we did and he left the phone for a moment and came back and said they had no reservation for us. Now we have been charged for a night stay and cannot get our money back.”

“New hotel. No power in room when I got there. Had to call front desk to fix. They did immediately No coffee in the room? I think it will improve. Very clean roomy”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”

“I just slept in the room”

“It’s a wonderful place to stay”

“The carpet was dirty with many spots. The vent on the wall had dust build up in it, the towels had hair on them.”

“I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.”
