"Smutsigt, nedgånget, dåliga sängar, luktade illa. Skrik och liv på natten. Ville inte använda duschen. Kändes som vi skulle bli smutsigare efteråt. Toaletten spolade inte heller."

"We got tricked by the photos uploaded by the Hotel at Hotels.com. The hotel is extremely worn and outdated. The floors feel old and water damaged and are covered in what looks like a 40 year old carpet. There’s a huge gap (3 cm/1.4 inches) underneath the door to the room so you hear everything happening at all times. The room was dirty, the wallpaper/paint was cracked and coming off the walls and the window couldn’t close. One of our chairs had a big, brown stain on the side of it, which we could remove with water and soap. It’s crazy that it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival, cause it was very noticeable. There were stains on our pillowcases as well. When we arrived there was another couple trying to leave a complaint about their room to the staff at the reception. The staff at the reception was very defensive and rude and wouldn’t even follow them to their room to see what the complaint was about. They just acted like they couldn’t understand and said “That’s just your opinion” to the unhappy couple. We definitely agree with the complaints and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not for that price. It’s a good location, but that’s about it. One of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at."

"Hotellet ligger jätte fint vid sjön och vårt rum var riktigt bra. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Dock förväntar vi oss mer i denna prisklass när det gäller maten. Åt middag och den var bara okej, tydligt att det saknas glädje i matlagningen när man serverar fryst kött i sina hamburgare (köttet hade den känslan) och smaklösa tillbehör. Brödet som kom in innan varmrätten, känndes inte heller helt färskt. Frukosten var okej. Inomhuspoolen behöver en liten uppfräschning och även lite av de gemensamma utrymmena."
