  • CENTRALLY LOCATED, STYLISH & AFFORDABLE: Waller House - Offering all your modern conveniences and nestled in a quiet street in the prestigious suburb of Newington, in Ballarat.

    Waller House is fully renovated with a relaxing feel. It is located in the heart of Ballarat Central and most cafes and hotels are within a short walking distance. More importantly Sovereign Hill and Her Majesty's Theatre and Lake Wendouree are all within a 2km radius.

    This spacious light filled 3 bedroom home will suit groups, business travellers, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

    House offers a newly renovated kitchen / dining area, large lounge with a super comfy leather lounge suite and 3 large bedrooms .

    HOUSE DETAILS:

    Bedroom 1: Super comfortable queen bed
    Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
    Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed & 1 single bed

    All beds have extremely comfy pillow top mattresses and electric blankets. A great fit for a good night sleep.

    Pet Friendly - yard is secure and pet friendly location. Walk your dog around Lake Wendouree. If pets are inside we do ask that you vacuum before leaving and don't have pets in bedrooms for comfort of future guests. Pets are not to be left home alone inside property.

    We are keen to secure your accommodation needs and hope to secure your future booking at Waller House.

Lovely quiet area in close proximity to expansive walking areas. The house was comfortable, if a little dated, and the secure garden was a wonderful treat for our dogs.

Dishes, glasses and cutlery were not cleaned properly. Oven was in a filthy state. The towels were worn and very thin. The kitchen floor was so sticky when we entered the property.

We loved Waller house, it was very clean and on a quiet street that is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry had the necessary items.The house has a great relaxed retro feel and a peaceful enclosed private backyard. The only shortcoming was the lack of water pressure in the shower but that wasn't a big deal. We would stay here again.

Perfect family home

The property is in a lovely, quiet location, and had loads of room and all the "home" features I was hoping for. My kids and I couldn't fault it, and we'd happily stay here again.

Home away from home

Great house to stay at, fully fenced placed for young children and dogs. Everything you need, felt right at home. Wonderful host, highly recommend this place.

Great place to chill out for a few days.

This centrally located, well-maintained property is close to shops, the City Centre, the Botanical Gardens, and Lake Wendoree. It had everything we required for a happy, relaxing three-day stay. The pet-friendly owners made it easy for us to bring our small dog with us.
