Klassisk och modern, komfort och bekvÀmlighet

Denna underbara 1910 3 sovrum hem har nyligen renoverats med nytt kök, badrum och tvÀttstuga. Huset Àr fyllt med vackra möbler och mÄlningar. Det finns fortfarande högt i tak, eldstÀder (icke-fungerande), polerade golvbrÀdor och mÄnga andra tidsfunktioner. Massor av bekvÀma soffor och stolar vÀntar pÄ den trötta resenÀren liksom en vÀlkommen korg som stÀller dig pÄ vÀg i Skye House. Huset ligger i en vacker trÀdkantad gata inom gÄngavstÄnd till kaféer, pubar, sjö och affÀrer. Du kan till och med gÄ till den underbara gamla jÀrnvÀgsstationen och ta det mycket snabba tÄget till Melbourne eller ta en dag ute i Maryborough. Ballarat har en underbar teater, galleri och nÄgra mycket historiska byggnader sÄ du kommer nog inte vilja lÀmna !.

Det finns gott om plats för alla med ett formellt loungerum pÄ framsidan som har ett musiksystem, cd-skivor och dokument och ett vÀlfyllt boksÀrkeskÄp. Det finns ett mycket rymligt familjekök, matsal och lounge i den nya förlÀngningen pÄ baksidan av huset. Det finns ett stort dÀck med matplats och naturgas BBQ.

Det finns massor av soffor och stolar för alla. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och eget badrum. 2: e och 3: e sovrummen har dubbelsÀngar. Det finns ett stort nytt badrum över hallen frÄn 2: e och 3: e sovrum med duschkabin. Toaletten Àr separat. Högsta kvalitet sÀngklÀder och handdukar levereras. Elektriska filtar finns ocksÄ.

Huset inklusive badrummen Àr uppvÀrmd med vÀrmeuppvÀrmning (hÄller handdukarna snygga och varma pÄ vintern). Det finns ocksÄ omvÀnd cykel luftkonditionering i vardagsrum / matsal / kök. Huset Àr lÀtt och luftigt med 2 uppsÀttningar franska dörrar som leder till baksidan veranda. Det finns 2 steg upp till verandan och fyra ner frÄn verandan till trÀdgÄrden.

Such a beautiful, warm and cosy place to stay! We loved our time here and felt so welcomed by the thoughtful welcome gift left for our arrival. The house had absolutely everything we could possibly need and the beds were so comfy!!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Simply stunning

Omg...we walked into the property and our breath was taken away. If a federation style house is what ur after this is it. Love, love, love the owners eclectic taste and it easily slept 6 plus 2 chihuahuas.

What a gem of a home

The home is absolutely lovely, very welcoming, in a quiet street, comfortable and had everything you could need including food essentials and central heating for those chilly nights. It is also very welcoming for pets and the yard is secure. It is located within a short walk to the lake. It is the most homely accommodation I have stayed in. Thank you Geraldine!

Fabulous home and garden

Just loved it

Fantastic property, so close to the main town of Ballarat. In a beautiful part of Ballarat surrounded by gorgeous properties and streets. Brilliant centrally located pet friendly house

Skye House more than met up to expectations based on the description in Stayz. Communication with Geraldine was easy and responsive. She is extremely generous with what is provided for guests (including our furry friends), particularly in relation to what’s in the pantry and fridge. The house is in a very convenient location and is surrounded by other renovated and lovely houses. It was well heated, and beautifully appointed; very comfortable with several sitting areas; secure for our dogs, and Geraldine had left throws for the couches, and a towel to ensure the dogs were clean and dry when inside. We were sorry to leave, and will book again when we are in Ballarat.

Fantastic Place in Ballarat

I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a lovely place to stay close to the centre of town. Geraldine has laid out a most welcoming home for out of town visitors, with a very well provisioned kitchen and larder available to make your stay care free. We just loved it.
