“Loved staying here SO much! Everything was extremely well kept. It was so peaceful. Host was accommodating - letting us change our stay to a day later when our travel plans changed. Only thing worth noting is the 15min drive up the mountain on gravel through very rural area! Made us wonder if we were in the right place haha - but that rural setting is what makes it so lovely and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!”

The lovely 50’s theme made for fun discussion and learning about history with our kids as well showcased the beautiful history and memories of the house. “One of the best vacations rental I have ever stayed in. It was clean, it was easy to book, and super pet friendly which is hard to find. slightly remote but very Easy ride to the new river gorge national park. We had a GREAT time. We will definitely be back!”

“Wonderfully scenic property along a creek. The extensive outdoor spaces were great and we enjoyed the comfortable seating by the fire pit. Communication with the host was timely. I would book again. A few notes for future travelers - the upstairs bedrooms are not furnished as shown in the photos - more like dorm bed frames now - not sure if this is temporary?
