Guests can use the swimming pool, private parking, laundry area, and outdoor shower, as well as the washing machine and dryer. The entrance gate to the parking is automatic and operated with a remote control; there is also access through the pedestrian gate with a key.
The staircase area and the terrace on the second floor are for the exclusive use of the upper apartment. If you need any assistance, you can contact us through the Airbnb app or directly via the contact provided after the reservation is made.
This is a quiet and safe space, where we strive to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Access by anyone not included in the reservation is strictly prohibited, as are parties and/or excessive noise during the stay.
