“Nice, friendly staff. Very, very nice room with ultra large balcony/terrace. Pool fabulous. Breakfast room and lounge had unfortunately the atmosphere of a funeral parlour and had very uncomfortable (but nice looking) chairs. Would come back though. For the room, pool and terrace. And for the service! At safe walking distance to Umhlanga Village with lots of restaurants and close to the beach promenade.”

“The core issue on this stay was that while I clearly booked Suite 3 specifically on the site, on arrival I was given Room 1 and told that the previous client had extended his stay. This was done without solutions to accommodate my booking nor compensation for the change which was inconvenient for me, given I had opted for Room 3 because of a desk I needed for working. While the room was comfortable, it did inconvenience and I was provided no excuse nor service to apologize.”

“First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night.
