“How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

“I must have overlooked the fact that this is a duplex house. I didn’t go back and check the listing description so it’s very possible I just overlooked it. It would have been very uncomfortable if other renters had been downstairs below us. I am Very sure the ad did mention “privacy”, but failed to mention that you can sit on the deck and hear your neighbors conversation. Plus having to back out of the driveway was a real pain. Perhaps waiting for the asphalt to be completely settled...
