“Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!”

The people in the reception/lobby don’t know anything about Baltimore. The receptionist had to ask the nice old cleaner in the lobby we’re the train station were located. Our hotel room was very dirty. Guests that the hotel were very high on drugs. We pay 320$/night for this crappy Hotel. ”

Although staff was nice, we did not have a tv remote and when we asked we were given one that didn’t even work, did not even bother trying to get another one, light had fallen down the wall bathroom smelled like cigarettes, and the electricity on the entire right side of the room did not work, just overall an awful experience, not sure how this inn got a 7/10 rating more like a 3/10. “Price: The motel charged me $84 despite expedia’s $76 with tax that shows the motel admin charged me their rate ignoring expedia fare that never happened to me before. Take action! Security deposit: $50 deposit was charged in cash not from my credit card referring policy. What if I didn’t have cash? They placed an ATM machine so guests could withdraw money for a $10 fee earning to the motel - smart way to earn more money. Or maybe save the bank cost or not being highly knowledgeable to charged...
