“I had a wonderful week long stay, relaxing from a long trip, doing some research and exploring world famous West Lake. The park and pavilions are reminiscent of “Old China.” All less than a beautiful ten minute stroll away! The staff is extraordinary!!! Friendly, helpful, concerned about your stay. ”

The exercise area is located in a building next to the main building and is reasonably equipped. “Away from the crowds but still within walking distance to Hubin area and Xihu. Hotel is very new and modern. Rooms were big and clean. Comfortable stay, service was really prompt. ”
