âVi hade bokat det nĂ€st finaste rummet, men det var som ett vanligt dubbelrum... SĂ„ vi blev besvikna och speciellt nĂ€r vi vaknade tidigt pĂ„ morgonen ut av trafiken frĂ„n huvudleden som gick utanför. Utöver detta var servicen av kvĂ€llspersonalen perfekt och vi kunde inte kĂ€nt oss mer nöjda efter kvĂ€llens besök i restaurangen! Vi besökte Ă€ven den nĂ€rliggande spa-anlĂ€ggningen, men det var inte heller nĂ„got att hĂ€nga i granen - överpris för en minimal pool, fotbad som inte fungerade och tre bastu...
âExcellent staff and service. The room was clean and the spa was excellent. Service was par excellence across the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was great too but there are other good restaurants in the vicinity. As for parking, the hotel provides a map of areas where you can park for free in the vicinity.â
âRoom was fantastic, spacious, clean, quiet (apart from a fire alarm but that probably doesn't happen very often) and customer service was exceptional. There was some work being done in the corridor but that did not impact our stay. We were meeting family and exploring the area and found it was close to the major roads. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of lovely food choices in the pub attached. I would recommend this hotel. â
âLovely pub with nice rooms and a great breakfast! Friendly staff. Nice seating area in the back outside near the car park. It is close to Chatsworth House so we were sble to drive in to the country fair in 15 mins. â
âThe place is a little outdated, but we expected that from the pictures. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it's clean, the beds are firm (a bit too firm for my liking, but my husband loved them!). We had a family room, and it was very spacious, there was a king size bed for us and two proper single beds for the kids. All in all very good value for your money!â
