“Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent.
The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so...

“A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new.
Staff were super friendly.
Value for momey was extremely good.”

“Fantastiskt hotell med fantastisk strand. Strandvillorna är otroligt vackra, egen pool och fem meter till stranden. Egen "betjänt" vid stranden.
Vi var där i sju dagar vilket var lagom, eftersom det är väldigt lugnt och relativt långt till intilliggande turistområden.”
“Vi blev uppgraderade till ett rum med pool access vilket gjorde att upplevelsen blev positivare. Allt runt omkring som en skön säng, trevlig personal och att vi var nästan helt ensamma på en härlig stor strand gjorde inte saken sämre. Det ligger lite avsides så tänker man sig uteliv och ett stort urval av resturanger är detta fel hotell. Önskar man avkoppling och en romantisk resa kan jag rekommenderar det.”

“Fantastisk fin resort som har ett underbart läge vid havet. Fina poolområden, vacker omgivning. Bodde i ett familjerum som var över förväntning. Personalen är väldigt trevliga, speciellt Bee som tar väl hand om barnen vid poolen. Har egentligen inget negativt att säga om resorten förutom höga priser på restaurangerna, men det hade vi iof räknat med på en femstjärnig anläggning.

"We stayed in this hotel for over a week. It was not a pleasant stay for us. We did not have hot water running in the bathroom for three days! We asked multiple times the reception to fix it. After ignoring our request for two days in row, finally they sent someone to fix it. The technician fixed the hot water but it was only working for few hours until it stopped working again. On the third day after contacting the reception again, someone came and fixed it finally. a few days later at night our air conditioner started to make a loud noise waking up us and then started to leak water and stopped working. Afterwards with the room getting hot gradually and the AC continuing leaking on the floor it was impossible to sleep and rest. All these showing this hotel is definitely not maintained properly and the staff/hotel management not caring about guests comfort, so we witnessed so many issues. On another incident the cleaning lady had collected our child's teddy bear together with the bedsheets and linen. We asked and followed up again multiple times until they found it and we could get it back with no apologies even offered! The playroom for kids was too small with limited toys/stuff. There was not much happening in the neighborhood around the hotel as well. You need to spend 15-30 minutes with taxi to get to some happening somewhere in Phuket. At the beach nearby the hotel, there is no chairs/beds managed by the hotel. We will not go there again. "
"Perfekt hotell några minuter från Phuket flygplats. Vi stannade 1 natt för att vara på plats nära flyget inför hemfärd till Sverige. Jättefina rum, fin trädgård med en härlig pool att svalka sig i. Frukosten var god och all personal var mycket tillmötesgående. I priset ingick skjuts för vår del till flygplatsen men även hämtning från flyget ingår. "
