Hotell nära Banff Cascades of Time Gardens

“Bra service, fina rum”

“It was a really nice stay, well furnished, the coffee machine made really good coffee! Nice environment and the hot water tub looked really nice, but we did not have time to use it.”

“Noisy room Lousy breakfast Not welcoming staff ”

“Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station...

“First time visiting Banff and without a car. I do wish the hotel provided a shuttle to”

“The view was great from bedroom. Hot tub was also great as was the cafe downstairs. However, we’ve never experienced such uncomfortable beds. They were rock hard and also very noisy as they had squeaky mattress protectors under the sheets. I offered this feedback to front desk and it seems that they are aware. We likely will not stay again as I don’t have confidence this will change anytime soon.”

“Clean property, comfortable beds and quiet”

“Bra men lite slitet”

“Hotellet renoverades så stökigt”

“What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.”

“The room was clean and very large. I was sure I had booked a 1st floor room, but the only thing available was upstairs. Up somewhat icy stairs! The one pleasant surprise was the heated bathroom floor. For the price we paid, it was good value.”
