A lovely room close to the Banff Springs Hotel. The room was nice and cosy, and set in a beautiful location. A short walk into town, or to Bow Falls (a must see).

Jolene and Mike’s home was perfect for our trip to Banff. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. We walked easily into town and to trails along the river. Our hosts also had great recommendations for food and drink and other area hikes. The bed is very comfortable after a long day of hiking and site seeing. We enjoyed samples of delicious tea from Jolene’s Tea House (also highly recommend). We found the home just as described in the listing and the hosts very accommodating and friendly. We look forward to our next stay.

Short trip to Banff

Lovely studio guest house in residential area with easy 10 minute walk to downtown Banff (it is uphill from town to house so some may want to consider). Very quiet and away from the very busy downtown. Unable to reach host when door code stopped working but, thankfully we had a car, went downtown and prepped for drive to airport next morning, and it worked when we got back. I sleep hot so a ceiling fan or optional oscillating fan in closet would have been very welcomed. Overall great and we’d stay there again. (I’d pack my travel fan this time!)

Beautiful stay in Banff

Such a perfect location & a terrific apartment. Easy walking distance to town & all amenities. On-site parking & host provided excellent communication. Could have stayed here for a week, very comfortable.

Ideal for enjoying Banff

As our stay progressed, we were reminded many times of the importance of location to enjoying our vacation. (Everything we did was a relatively short walk to a bus stop or a short drive away). Jolene was very helpful and responsive, we appreciated this nice place!

A quiet place close to everything in Banff town

Jolene made extra efforts to be sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Easy walk to town for many excellent restaurant choices. We walked the Bow River trail to the waterfall and did day trips for hikes at Lake Louise and Castle Mountain. We also enjoyed the generous selection of delicious tea provided in the suite. All made in Banff at Jolene’s Tea shop!

Lovely, clean getaway

We were visiting Banff for the Melissa's Road Race, this accommodation was an easy walk to the start line and also into town. It is attached to a beautiful home and it very private as the garage is between the suite and the main house. Everything was really clean and lovely and included everything we needed as a home base for exploring the mountains. We will be back!

Great choice close to town

My husband & I stayed for 3 nights while exploring Banff & surrounding areas. Highly recommend this property. Clean, comfortable, easily accessible to downtown. Bed & pillows comfy. Heavy duty towels provided. We had a rental car (property has designated spot), but never had any problems parking downtown. Location could be walkable to town but not something you would want to do on the regular. Set up with sink fridge, coffee, tea, etc. great for getting started every morning. Great selection of teas & some snacks provided upon arrivals which was a nice touch. Communication with manager easy & responsive. I didn’t bring something and she delivered within a few hrs of request. We feel lucky to have confirmed this spot!

Just as described!

The neighborhood was beautiful and an easy walk to town. The host left snacks and their directions for locks and internet were great. Would highly recommend to those wanting a private and quiet stay but close to town.

Wonderful Getaway Guest House for Two!

My sixteen year old daughter and I were on an adventure in Banff and this place was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located, close (walking distance) to the downtown area, trails - and all the beautiful sights and sounds of the town of Banff. When we hit our next spot on our trip we were wishing we could have moved Jolene's guest house with us. Incredible tea selection and fresh fruit were a big bonus tool So grateful. :)

Perfect Getaway Spot

We consider ourselves lucky to have found and stayed at Jolene’s. The place was gorgeous and immaculate. The most comfortable bed and sheets we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. We walked to town often, which allowed us to see the beautiful Bow River and saved us some money having to pay for parking in downtown Banff. It was peaceful, quiet, and felt very private. Jolene’s place is a true gem and she was such a fantastic host. If we visit Banff again, we will be sure to try and stay here again.
