Trädhus i Banff

“Noisy room Lousy breakfast Not welcoming staff ”

“The receptionist is excellent.”

“Bra service, fina rum”

“The hotel was clean, great location, with friendly staff. The hot tub was closed all week for maintenance. The toilet leaked and filled every 10 minutes and maintenance didn’t fix it before I left. The bed was fairly saggy and the ventilation was very loud and could not be turned off so I slept very poorly each night. There was no hot water on the 3rd morning in the shower. I asked for more coffee pods after the first morning and they didn’t bring them. When I put the sign on the door for light...

“Hotellet renoverades så stökigt”

“Bra men lite slitet”

“It was a really nice stay, well furnished, the coffee machine made really good coffee! Nice environment and the hot water tub looked really nice, but we did not have time to use it.”

“Fantastic stay”

“We were upgraded by a lovely young lady with red hair because we happened yo tell her it was my birthday/retirement gift from my husband! W I also got a complimentary piece of cheesecake and 2 complimentary drinks from the bar and a shuttle bus ticket good for our 3 days there! What a fabulous surprise! The pool and hot tub were over the top and really enjoyed the heated seats around the fire pit! We would recommend The Moxy to everyone! Really enjoyed the 60s ski resort decor vibe too!”
