Spread out in this 3 bdrm 3 ba home, all have King bds & 2 rms are Master Ste. Bonus rm w Full&Twin bed. Gourmet Kitchen w/ dbl ovens, stocked w/Spices.

This home features a very open floor plan. The kitchen and living room has floor to ceiling windows that spans the entire length of the front of the home for easy viewing. For those that love to cook, you`ll find every kitchen gadget and spice imaginable as well as serving utensils and dishes. Kitchen has built in USB ports in the island for charging devices. Large custom built dining table that seats 8 to 10. The Livingroom has a wood stove that keeps the large room toasty on cold nights. This home has 2 master suites with King beds and connecting bathrooms. In one master bedroom we have a ottoman that opens into a twin bed that is great for small children. The third bedroom also has a king bed. In addition there is a Bunk Bed with 1 Full & 1 Twin bed available in a pass through room that has a 412 game console. Enjoy the large covered wrap around deck with gas fire table. In the separate building on the deck is the hot tub.

Guest have full access to the upper level of the home as well as the grill on the deck.

Our Beech Mountain Club membership can be transferred as guest passes which allows use of tennis courts, golf and recreation facilities as well as club restaurants for stays over 1 week or more. Transfer fees for unaccompanied Guest cards are $10/per day per person OR $35/per week per person. Children under 5 do not require a guest card. Unaccompanied guests also pay appropriate user fees where applicable, such as golf fees. If you are interested in purchasing a guest card for your stay an application must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your stay Monday-Friday. Guest cards cannot be processed on weekends.

During winter months it is essential to have 4 wheel drive or snow chains to navigate the mountain roads. We do have a parking area at the street level which is handy to use when there is a lot of snow on the ground. Another great feature about our property is that our road is paved and plowed frequently during wintry weather.

We have a single outdoor security camera by the entry door. The lower level is a separate space called Mountain Charmer, which is currently home to our App student. Upper and Lower spaces have separate private entrances.
