I själva Charter Hills finns kanske inte så många sevärdheter att besöka, men du behöver inte åka långt för att hitta intressanta saker att se och göra, som till exempel Beech Mountain Resort och Land of Oz.
4 Seasons at Beech Mountain
So this place is really neat. 1st up on mt with beautiful scenery. Very cool staircase. Was so nice to have small kitchen to cook in. Pretty dated but very very neat and clean. 100% recommend

The Highlands at Sugar
The place was not properly cleaned, we found new years' party hats under the sofa (from the week before), food stains on the walls in the kitchen, a badly cleaned bathroom floor. Just not what you'd hope for, but the place was really good in all other aspects.

The Highlands at Sugar

Smoketree Lodge
Very courteous staff. The place is very dated but it's a good value for being so close to Beech Mtn (10 mins) and Sugar Mtn (25 mins) ski resorts. Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season.
