We came for a quick ski weekend. This unit was clean, well kept, loved the fireplace and it was a great bargain. There was some difficulty trying to contact the owners of the unit because I mistakenly booked us on a wrong date. We needed to check in a day earlier and then to leave a day earlier. Totally my mistake, but the date was open and the amount of money wouldn’t have changed. The vacation rental agency said they attempted to contact the owners, but never did. We still made the trip and it was fun, but it was inconvenient because we went at a time that didn’t really work. Again, completely my fault but we are talking about a days difference, and no money would’ve changed. That’s more of a rental agency issue then it is the unit itself. I am also waiting on the $400 deposit that was taken which I don’t receive back until March 12. I feel like that is a very long time to hold that much money when we rented the unit February 24 and 25th.
