Designed for couples, families, and small groups, our spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Our condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, including long-range views of Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Mountains, ski-in/ski-out access, central air conditioning and heat, a gas fireplace, complimentary high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. You’ll also enjoy a Keurig coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds with quality linens, two full bathrooms stocked with essentials, and free parking for up to two cars.
The Reserve is one of Sugar Mountain's most desirable communities offering easy access to everything the High Country has to offer. Within minutes, you'll find Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, multiple golf courses, tennis and pickleball, scenic hiking trails, mountain biking, Sugar Mountain Village restaurants and shops, downtown Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, Lees-McRae College, and a variety of wineries, breweries, and seasonal festivals. No matter the season, adventure is just outside your door.
Additional notes:
A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required during the winter months. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle.
This condo is not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property.
This condo is located down 2 flights of stairs (each with 5-7 stairs). It is not handicap accessible.
As per the HOA rules, there is no EV charging allowed within The Reserve.
A “starter supply” of consumables is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc). The guest is responsible for anything used above what is provided.
Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
