“At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). “Hotel is 10 mins from Banska Bystrica. Good choice to get a proper spa hotel with indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts etc. several restaurants make it easy to spend a couple of days. ”

“They forgot to give our passports back. And when we checked out and payed for everything even then she didn’t notice the passports. Big mistake from a “4 star hotel”. So left in the car stressed and the trip was runned.”

“Staff very helpful. Location is great near the square and castle. Food was also good.”

“Super ! Bien placé, au calme, pas trop loin du centre (il faut un véhicule). Stationnement possible dans la cours de la maison. Cuisine bien équipé et propre, appartement spacieux. Lits confortables. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais nous ne les avons pas vu ni entendu du séjour (seulement pour la remise des clés). Vraiment top ! ”

“Our family of five loved staying in this magical property. If you rent the whole house, the layout is really well suited to a family with teenagers who like their independence. We loved the combination of modern comforts such as a fantastic coffee machine with antiques and period features. It's conveniently close to beautiful Banska Stiavnica which has great restaurants and so much to do and see.. We are a very outdoorsy family so loved all the lakes for swimming ans the great walking...
