“Breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Gated parking is great except for (see cons) Cons: elevator can be a little slow. Parking gate is confusing. People dont know they have to go around the back to exit the parking lot. You also have to use the code to get out. I turned that in when we checked out and had to call the front desk to get out. But they answered right away when we called and gave us the code...

“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed. Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business. Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”

“Room: clean and nicely updated. Complimentary bottle water, coffee & tea, in room. Micro fridge was cold a/c was cold. Bathroom: complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup mirror & motion sensor night light in bath area. Bed: bed was good, pillows were soft and firm to sleep on. “Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign.
