âThe guest should be allowed to open or close the curtains. For room # 412 it was like looking at a pair of headlights while trying to sleep. Everything other than that was extremely nice.â

âTwo kingsize bads for the sam price as one and very good beds too. Breakfast included. Not much to chose between, but tou could make waffles there.â

âWe arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didnât send us the check in instruction, so we couldnât get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.

âBest hotel in Birmingham in my opinion. There are only about a half dozen rooms so it's very quiet. The rooms are great, with plenty of space. The common area with the kitchen and indoor and outdoor sitting areas is very nice, and again, due to the small size it's always quiet. The location is also incredible, as your within walking distance to multiple nice restaurants, and anything beyond that is a quick Uber/Lyft. My wife and I have stayed multiple times, and will definitely be back again in...
âWe had an amazing stay at The Painted lady. Jing was very communicative and helped with a number of recommendations. We were only staying as a brief getaway and found out Birminghamâs good scene is pretty awesome. Iâd stay at this clean, artsy, quirky, cool hotel a million times more! â
âEverything was perfect and was within our destination, UAB Hospital, which was of most importance. It was a little pricy for one night, but was necessary.â
âThis was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon đđ.â
âVery nice stay - very clean. Never saw any staff so canât review that. Parking was minimal and cramped - luckily we ubered where we needed to go so that we wouldnât lose our spot. Check-in is simply using door code given per email⊠very simple and easy. The room is basically that, a room big enough for bed and side tables and dresser. Our roomâs air conditioning was not working as well as the rest of the house so that was a little uncomfortable sleeping in a room that was 10 degrees warmer than...
