“This very-well equipped house is spacious with plenty of space for our three-generation family group. The pictures are accurate and the house is every bit as nice as it looks. The private aspect, overlooking the water was particularly nice. The hosts were quick to respond to queries. ”

“Awesome location! Very nice price! All the conviences without the tourist hysteria of Bar Harbor! You can be to acadia in less than an hour, also the castine area even quicker. Ellsworth, Brewer, Bangor have everything ypu could possibly need. The lake was quiet, clean, warm, loaded with wildlife. We hope to stay longer in the future.Only cons are water pressure ( not aweful), and if you like to cook a lot, it could use newer and more pots, pans, and skillets. And maybe a bigger grill, but we...

“We had a family vacation with adult children and this was a perfect place to enjoy Acadia National Park as well as the surrounding area. It’s about an hour from Bar Harbor but the trade off is a peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable home with every amenity. Check-in and checkout were easy. We made some wonderful memories and would love to stay here again. I cannot recommend highly enough!”
