"Här har man satsat mycket på det yttre. Rummet var inte lika fint som bilderna visade. Hissen fungerade inte, rummet var litet, smutsigt och slitet, ett fågelbo och mycket fågelbajs på balkongen och frukosten var under all kritik. Hur kan de få ta betalt för det man fick?"
