Villa Balun (Istria - Orihi)

Pool heating is available from April 15 to June 1 and from September 15 to November 1 of the current year!Modern Villa Balun is located in the Istrian village of Orihi. The name “Balun” is inspired by one of the best-known traditional Istrian dances.The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with access to the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The pool area includes sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A small pool approximately 75 cm wide is also available for pets. The fenced outdoor area also includes a barbecue and a children’s playground.A shop is 550 m away, while a restaurant is 450 m from the villa. The village has a 1 km circular walking trail. Nearby attractions include a farm with Istrian Boškarin cattle, Glavani Adventure Park (7.5 km), Feštinsko kraljevstvo Cave (8 km) and Morosini-Grimani Castle (6.9 km).
